It is beautiful, but I still maintain that the four Dallas Opera lithographs, especially 'Das Rheingold' and 'Gotterdammerung' are unsurpassed. I bought the limited to 50 edition of four a while ago and stil treasure them.
Wow wow wow wow... yep, "stunning" is the best word. Thank you so much for posting this. I was sooo curious when you mentioned a new Craft painting on Twitter the other day. I figured I'd have to wait for the book cover or whatever to come out, but lo! you've given us this gift.
That is quite possibly the best Craft image ever...and that is saying something as her work is untouchable. Stunning is right.
ReplyDeleteWow...That is truly stunning!

ReplyDeleteIncredibly lovely... She continues to outdo herself. I have a print of hers over my bed that I gaze at daily - so much gorgeous detail.
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful piece. I love the Gustave Moreau vibe I'm getting from it.
