I always think of it as a slowly paced "good" movie...but when you watch it, it really is fun on top of all its great stylization and message.

Julien - Bonjour! I love Le Jetee! now I want to run off and watch that again.Irene Gallohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15440976373621593153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30983073.post-54595479113131280862009-02-26T14:24:00.000-05:002009-02-26T14:24:00.000-05:00Bonjour Irene ! ^^Thanks for bring that short movi...Bonjour Irene ! ^^
Thanks for bring that short movie to my attention, it was a delight to watch. I understand the fact you compare it "somehow" to Gattica [a masterpiece by the way]. Aside the mood and tone in that movie, the thing I like the most is -like in such movies as Gattica or French short movie "La Jetée"- that the story "talk" to your own intimacy. Nothing's better in my book to see Science fiction used for question mankind condition.

I apologies for my bad english, I didn't practice, in like... Ho, Ages ! But that will help me to keep my French accent very "cute", I hope ! :P

Read your blog is always an enjoyement, thank you, Irene.
J.Julien aldayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01087057388906302589noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30983073.post-32138802150600841292009-02-24T05:07:00.000-05:002009-02-24T05:07:00.000-05:00OMG, finally someone who loves Gattica as much as ...OMG, finally someone who loves Gattica as much as I do! Ethan and Uma were great, Jude was great! The look of the film was so stylized and it had that "this ain't the future, but for now it is---trust us" vibe. Like an old Twilight Zone or Outer Limits episode. And the msg---wow!

Thanks for posting Similo, haunting is right. Very well done and probably on a small budget. Kudos to all involved!SiDEBARhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10449939197402492045noreply@blogger.com
