Eric Fortune has posted two painting videos, one in time lapse the other in real time. He reports that these are some quick test shots for a full length video to be shoot soon.
The man's got patience! And his genius: all of the care and none of the labor comes across in the finish. Students take note -- look how much he is relying on reference even though his paintings are never photo-realistic.
