Wow! Thanks for the post, Irene. It was an amazing weekend from start to finish. We didn't make it a public event because it would have involved an increased security presence, and our venue was pretty small. Sorry we couldn't invite everyone.
I love Sam Weber's art. We hired him back when I was at LBYR to redo (finally!) the Cirque Du Freak trade paperback covers, the first three will be out any day now. The textures on his art for the series was just fantastic, as was his gothic sensibilities.
I live in Atlanta and I'm PO'd that I didn't know. Sigh...
