Last bit of Christmas -- I promise -- but I ran to the American Museum of Natural History today and their origami tree was too delightful not to remark. A giant tree wrapped with the thick bands of a dragon while five hundred smaller creatures prance about. Very, very cool.
And now it's on to the new year!

Peace.
Julien.
That is so great. And hey, I'm all for prolonging the joys of Christmas for as long as possible.
Happy New Year to you, Irene! I so look forward to what you have in store for us both here and on the covers of Tor books in the coming year.
Great shot of the AMNH tree!
Its a pity that they don't allow photographs of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's tree though.
This is a very special tree; I'm so glad I was able to see it thanks to your post and Carl notifying me. One day, I aspire to create such a tree myself (on a much smaller scale). If you don't mind, I am going to post your picture on my blog, giving credit to your blog of course, because it goes so nicely with a Japanese Literature Challenge I am hosting.
Really beautiful! Thank you for posting that, so beautiful.
Bill
fantástico blog!
saludos
Thanks for sharing! That is so cool!
Do you like playing the game where you need to use flyff penya, when you do not have flyff money, you must borrow flyff gold from friends, or you buy flyff penya. If you get cheap penya, you can continue this game.
