So beautiful! I'm always amazed when people outside of Canada are even aware of the NFB. There's something really cool about a countries biggest cultural institution being centered on animation( I don't really count hockey).

Loved the mood and the animation and the bittersweet little without-words story.

Beautiful, but heart wrenching at the same time! I'm very glad it ends on a positive note, otherwise I'd be moping around the house all day...:) Thanks for sharing!!! I enjoy reading your blog...:)

I've been a regular lurker for some time now, but this lovely film insisted I finally say something.

What an utterly wonderful film. Every single frame packed with quiet metaphor and meaning, yet it felt yawning and relaxed the whole way through. Gorgeous.

I'm inclined to paraphrase Dave McKean from his dedication in Violent Cases... "See, THIS is what I meant by cartoons..."
