The first time I watched this I realized what makes Donato Donato. There's a point about third of the way through where I thought he was done....and then he keeps painting.
The computer is in my office and is supposed to be on display at ComicCon. It's been hard to bat co-workers away from it. Should it go missing, my list of suspects is long.

oh wow,it really is a tiny little computer! That's crazy. Awesome video, I love the quick little moments of talking on the phone and (from what it looks like) when his daughter adds a couple touches to it :)

Awesome! Hey who is that jumping in to worlk on it in the middle? It didn't look like Kristina but it's so hard to scrub through frame by frame to see her face. There's like one frame of her looking at the camera. Any, it's always a treat to watch someone's process, especially when that someone is Donato.
That is so cool!!! Thanks for posting it. The android characters that he paints are my favorite, I would so love to win this.
That's actually his daughter. She seems to be making her mark on a number of his paintings later. Hmm, I wonder if he's creating the old apprentice shops??

Amber - He painted it in acrylics so it should be fairly stable....but it is probably a little fragile. I would image anyone wh wins the thing will pu it on display and leave it at that. That's what I would do, except our dumb legal department wont let me wiin it.
Neutron-- That's funny. I didn't read the rules all the way through. Sometimes the law defy sense. If I donate a painting I can get the market value for that painting as a tax write-off. If the artist that created it donates it, they can only right off the cost of materials.
Damn it That was cool!!! Don't you mean when you "donate-o" a painting? No, not really. Ok, my bad:/ Strike one!
Irene, I'd like to second Annalee's query: Are those of us already signed up included in the drawing?
That was amazing to watch (but I could probably watch Donato paint all day). Any idea how long he actually did spend on it before the video was sped up? speeded up? ergh - made faster?
